TEHRAN – The Islamic Republic is going to take the case of cyber-attacks on its nuclear facilities to relevant domestic and international courts, Deputy Prosecutor General Abdolsamad Khorramabadi announced on Wednesday.

Khorramabadi said the move relies on Article 290 of the Iranian Penal Code, according to which the prosecutor general’s office has asked the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran to cooperate with the Foreign Ministry to pursue the case, Asriran reported.
